Emergency Self-Report

This workflow helps an employee notify his/her employer that he/she is going into quarantine and when he/she can safely return to work. It provides workflow support for both the employer and employee and enables response teams to track employee reporting.

Emergency Outreach

During a crisis, this workflow leverages the Now Platform® to help companies connect with employees to assess the impact. Employers can reach out by email to provide information and safety measures and request a response to confirm if employees are safe, and where they are located. Employers can also leverage the Now Mobile App to send push notifications to employees via mobile to get a response.

      • Emergency Self Report creates 2 records, one for employee and one for HR
      • "My direct report's open task" does not have any task under Emergency Self Report Dashboard
      • After installing the Emergency Self Report (part of Emergency Response Management), roles are not found
      • Health status is empty on HR tasks created on Emergency Self report.
      • In the Emergency Self Report Application, 'Requested For' dropdown list shows all users for Managers instead of only the Direct reports

  • The widget "Submit Update Form" is having issue slowing down the loading of the portal. The widget is from the store app "Emergency self report" (PRB1392996)

Safe Workplace
Employee Readiness Surveys

The ServiceNow® Employee Readiness Surveys application lets you evaluate the readiness of your workforce to return to the workplace by asking employees to fill in a survey.

Employee Readiness Surveys is an application that you install to use with Emergency Outreach. For information about Emergency Outreach and how surveys are sent via outreach notifications, see Emergency Outreach above.


Employee Health Screening

The ServiceNow® Employee Health Screening application lets you verify the health of employees before they enter the workplace through elevated temperature screening and record-keeping of compliance-related data.

Employee Health Screening facilitates employee screening for elevated temperatures as a control to prevent possible infections from spreading in the workplace. Employees are screened, results are recorded, and depending on the results, individuals can be admitted or denied entrance. Administrators can view trends via a reporting dashboard and track the return of employees into their facilities over time.

Contact Tracing

The ServiceNow® Contact Tracing application helps employers reduce workplace transmission of infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, by identifying any on-site employees who might have been in contact with an affected employee. The employer receives updates about the number of reported cases or symptoms in the location. A list of potentially exposed employees is created from various data inputs, including badge activity for when and how many times an employee has entered a building.


Safe Workplace Dashboard

The ServiceNow® Safe Workplace Dashboard provides leaders in HR, Workplace Services, and Health & Safety with a complete view of operations. Leaders have visual insight into the status of work sites and employees to determine whether a site is ready to resume a safe operation.

The Safe Workplace Dashboard relies on ServiceNow®Performance Analytics Premium features to evaluate and display data that comes from other Safe Workplace applications and the COVID-19 Global Health Data Set.
