Radio Buttons

Radio buttons are used to select a single option from an entire set. They are best used when a user needs to see all options side by side when making their selection.

An alternative to radio buttons is a select box, which results in much less space taken up, but not all options are displayed side by side.

Radio buttons can be laid out horizontally or vertically.
