Managing my user information on HI 

 

Overview
Use the Customer Self-Service Portal on HI to manage your user information, including phone numbers, email address, and title. You can view, add, or update any details in your user information.

 

Accessing and editing user information (Enterprise and Express customers)
  1. Navigate to HI at hi.service-now.com.
  2. Click your name in the upper right corner of the portal.



  3. Select My Profile.



  4. Edit the information.
  5. Click Update.

 

 

Profile information validation (Enterprise and Express customers)


When profile information is missing, HI creates notifications to indicate the incomplete information. Periodically, HI also prompts customer administrators and users to verify that profile information is correct.  

If action is needed on your profile, a warning alert appears next to your name. A count of actions needed is also listed in the Manage my Profile tile on the homepage.   

To update profile information:  

  1. Click your name in the upper right corner of the portal.
  2. Select My Profile 
  3. Edit the information.
    • If there is a notification at the top of your profile that says there is missing information, those fields are highlighted in blue. Enter the missing information  
    • If there is a notification at the top of your profile that says Profile Verification is needed, review profile information for correctness, update any outdated information, and select This info is up to date. 
  4. Click Update.

 

Accessing and editing user information (ServiceWatch customers)


  1. Navigate to HI at hi.service-now.com.
  2. Go to Self-Service > My Profile.
  3. Edit the information.
    You can edit the Notification, Date format, and Time zone fields. For more information about the fields, see Creating and managing HI users.
  4. Click Update.
