Issue
Use the Customer Self-Service Portal on Now Support to manage your user information, including phone numbers, email address, and title. You can view, add, or update any details in your user information.
Accessing and editing user information
- Navigate to https://support.servicenow.com/now.
- Click your name in the upper right corner of the portal.
- Select My Profile.
- Edit the information.
- You cannot edit Name and User ID. To change your name or user ID, contact your customer administrator.
- You can use this page to update the avatar icon or to change your Now Support password along with your contact numbers.
- You can also use this page to set your current geo location and time zone if needed.
