Description
Following SQL error is returned on opening Data manager policy within CMDB workspace:
Syntax Error or Access Rule Violation detected by database ((conn=242301) You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near 'distinct cmdb0.`sys_id` HAVING count(sj0.`sys_id`) = 0 ) sub
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to CMDB Workspace.
- Navigate to Data Manager
- Open a data manager policy
- View the SQL error on the top:
Syntax Error or Access Rule Violation detected by database ((conn=242301) You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near 'distinct cmdb0.`sys_id` HAVING count(sj0.`sys_id`) = 0 ) sub /*
Workaround
This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
This error won't break anything. Please close the error message and it should no longer re-appear within the same session.
