Description
When user has the 'Accessibility enabled' option in their ESC portal profile enabled, then the count for the cart (in ESC/SP header) is not visible.
If you disable 'Accessibility enabled' then the count comes back. Screenshots attached.
Issue is not seen in Utah.
Steps to Reproduce
First you need to enable the cart -
1. Go to Portals > ESC > click on the Header ' Employee Center Menu', and set the "enable_cart" value and displayValue to true
2. Then in the Instance Options for 'HRM Catalog Item' check the box that shows Add to cart option
To reproduce the issue -
1. Impersonate Abel Tuter and go to ESC > Profile. Ensure the 'Accessibility enabled' is set to True
2. Then go to a catalog item to order for example:
/esc?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=10f110aec611227601fbe1841e7e417c&referrer=popular_items
3. Click Add to Cart and notice that it will say it has been added but there is no count on the cart in the header
Optional:
4. Go back to the ESC profile and disable the 'Accessibility enabled' option and notice that the count for the cart is now visible
