Description
On a " Platform Analytics Workspace" and Service Operation Workspace , recurring timeout issue encountered while processing a substantial amount of data for the "item_option_new" function. Despite increasing the timeout limit to 60 seconds as a workaround, not all records can be loaded within the specified time frame.
due to this users can not add the Questions (Variables and Variable Sets) field to the list layout in the dashboard of the Platform Analytics Workspace
Steps to Reproduce
Steps to Reproduce:
1- Open any of the workspace " Platform Analytics Workspace" or Service Operation Workspace
3- Click the Tap 2 in the page
4- Click the "All Active Tasks" component. That will make the configuration visible. Click the three dots and then configure.
5- Now, you should see the configuration on the right side of the page. See the attached screenshot1.png.
6- Click the "+Add" link in the Default Display section, which is next to the columns. That will open a pop-up window where you can see the fields.
7- Try to add the Questions at the bottom of the list. Notice that it keeps loading.
Workaround
