Description

Notifications badge count on bell icon does not get incremented immediately for a user when, for example, an incident is assigned to them.

The user does get the notification under the bell icon though.

If the user logs out, closes the browser, and then logs back in again, they might get a badge count updated.

However this is intermittent

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce :
1. Login into the instance in incognito window as a user , e.g. , Beth anglin
2. Check in the preference if Notifications is on for the user in the tab General and Workspace and also the Show Badge Count is ON.
3. In an another window hop to the instance
4. in the list view , change field assigned to as Beth anglin
5. in other window where instance logged in as a beth Anglin , check the badge counter if increased , it would not
6.now log out from instance , closed the window and log in again to the instance , badge counter must have updated collectively (how many inscidents you assign to beth) at once

Workaround

No current workaround.
