Issue Description: KB Categories are not shown on KB Categories - KBv3 widget when the language is non-English even glide.knowman.enable_multi_language_search is set as true
Steps to Reproduce
1. Enable Japanese plugin
2. Set System property - glide.knowman.enable_multi_language_search=true
3. Go to https://InstanceName.service-now.com/sp?id=kb_view2
4. Observe categories are shown in English mode
5. Switch the language to Japanese
6. Refresh the browser on the screen of step3
Expected behavior: KB categories should be shown on KB Categories - KBv3 widget as glide.knowman.enable_multi_language_search is set as true
Actual behavior: KB categories are not shown. The message "利用可能なカテゴリがありません。" (No categories available) is shown
