Edit any OOB catalog item, for example:Name: Acrobathttps://<instance_name>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=pc_software_cat_item.do?sys_id=7198552237b1300054b6a3549dbe5dea2. Ensure the catalog item has a picture under the "Images" TAB:3. Change the name from "Acrobat" to "Acrobat v.3", the picture will disappear from the form. Expected behaviorThe picture should be displayed. Actual behavior The picture suddenly disappear.WorkaroundThis problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix. A simple workaround, remove the dot (.) in the name.
