Description

Getting the following message when requesting a Custom Branded Mobile App:

Your build failed because either another request is already in progress or there was an unspecified network error.   



Resolution

The error can be caused by the following reasons:
1. Requesting a branded Mobile App is supported only from a Production instance. Subproduction instances are not supported. 
2. Follow the documentation below to request a branded Mobile App:

Please do not use the "ServiceNow" keyword anywhere. 

3. The instance needs to allow the .zip file extension as an attachment and it is required for Mobile publishing. 
So check the system property: glide.attachment.extensions 
the value should have the zip extension, for example:
png,wav,jpeg,txt,tiff,jpg,pdf,ppt,pptx,xls,xlsx,doc,docx,mp3,msg,gif,eml,csv,xml,zip

4. You might need to clear cache after modifying the system property as follow:
https://your_instance.service-now.com/cache.do
