Description

"org.mozilla.javascript.EcmaError: undefined is not a function" warnings from the scheduled job "Service Analytics RCA for Change Requests"

This scheduled job should not be loaded into the instance until Event Management plugin is installed. In this case, this got installed with Event Management & Service Mapping core plugin(which has no EM plugin installed) and leading to multiple warnings in the system logs.

Steps to Reproduce

01) Navigate to system logs.
02) Find below warnings
org.mozilla.javascript.EcmaError: undefined is not a function.
Caused by error in <refname> at line 1

==> 1: var serviceProcessor = new SNC.ServiceAnalyticsProcessor();
2: serviceProcessor.rcaQuery();

03) Check if Event management plugin is not installed
04) Instead Event Management & Service Mapping core plugin is installed

Workaround

Disable this job 'Service Analytics RCA for Change Requests', and if EM plugin is planned to be installed then activate this job again right after the plugin done installing.
