Issue Description:
Whenever we start the conversation, there is additional padding in the chat window.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Paris instance
2. Go to the portal
https://InstanceName.service-now.com/sp
3. Click on the Chat icon at the bottom right
4. Type 'Hello'

Expected behavior: There is additional padding before the text hello.

Actual behavior: There should not be additional padding before the text hello.

I have attached the screenshot and screen recording for your reference.

Workaround
