Password Reset page hangs when CAPTCHA is not checked

Steps to Reproduce

1. Naviagate to https://<instance>.service-now.com/$pwd_reset.do?sysparm_url=<url suffix> to reset the password.
2. Give a username value to reset a password
3. Click on Next (without clicking on captcha)
4. Notice the page is frozen with 'Request in Progress' dialog

Could reproduce this issue on out of box instance as well.

Workaround

The captcha must be selected. For a permanent fix please upgrade to the release stated in this defect.
