Description
After upgrade to Paris the HTML field size isn't correct.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to any form that have HTML fields (sla.do or kb_knowledge.do)
2. Add a large amount of content in HTML
3. Save the record
4. Open the saved record
Actual: You can see a HTML content frame has less space and have to expand it manually
Expected: Expansion to be bit large enough to see the content
