Cause
The issue is because of the 'Accessibility enabled' user preference that is enabled from the Cog-wheel settings.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, turn off the Accessibility preference from the Cog-wheel.
The default OOB values for the preference glide.ui.accessibility is false.
