Description

  • Users are unable to add or remove items on the Checklist of the projects from Planning console

Resolution

  • It is expected behavior that users will not be able to edit the checklist if they do not have the write access to the project team
  • For example if the user is having read-access and can see the projects , with no Write access , then the checklist will also be non-editable for those users
  • To fix the issue check for any Write ACL that are restricting the user access on the tsp1_project or pm_project tables which are the cause of the issue

Additional Information

STEPS TO REPRODUCE :

  • Impersonate non-admin user
  • Navigate to Team Space > ALl Projects
  • Open any active Project
  • Click on planning console or click on Status report link
  • From the checklist icon try to add or remove , we can see the option is non-editable
