Description

• There is no assessment created although the risk statement has the assessment type and on the risk, the respondent is assigned. When the risk is moved to the "assess" state there is no assessment instance created in the related list and the respondent doesn't get anything under my assessments.

• The function ‘createAssessments’ in the ‘AssessmentUtils’ script include was missing.

Resolution

• After adding the function ‘createAssessments’ in the ‘AssessmentUtils’ script include fixed the issue.
