Description

For License Workbench, Screen reader(NVDA/JAWS) are identifying two main regions in the page.
Users who rely on Screen Readers are getting impacted and will not be able to understand the page structure as two main regions are defined in the page.

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1: Open https://microsofttest.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2F$sam.ui%23%2Fall in new edge/chrome browsers.
Step 2: Open NVDA/JAWS from desktop
Step 3: Using down arrow traverse in to the page.
Step 4: Press 'D' to identify the regions in the page.
Step 5: Verify whether screen reader(NVDA & JAWS) is identifying the two main regions in the page.

Actual Result:
Screen readers(NVDA & JAWS) is identifying two main regions in the page. Landmark are not defined correctly in the page.
Observation: When we press D, Screen reader is narrating as 'Main landmark main content frame license workbench' and 'Main landmark Compliant link'.

Expected Result:
Screen readers(NVDA & JAWS) should not narrate two main regions in the page. Landmark should be defined correctly. only one Main region should be used
Ex: When we press D, Screen reader should narrate as 'Main landmark main content frame license workbench'.

Workaround

There is no known workaround for this issue. If you are able to upgrade, review the "Intended Fix Version" section below below to determine the versions that have a permanent fix.
