In the sn_customerservice_case table when the case state is changed to the resolved then the notification "Case resolved for the customer watchlist" will trigger and the notification will be sent to the users who are added in the case watchlist.

The notification "Case resolved for the customer watchlist" is the Out of the box notification added in Orlando and cannot be seen in the earlier versions.
