Instructions

To convert a contract_sla into a service offering SLA follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to contract_sla table
  2. Open the SLA definition which needs to be converted to service offering SLA.
  3. From the form Layout, add the field 'Class' to the form
  4. The value would be selected as 'SLA Definition'
  5. From the drop down select the value as 'Service Offering SLA' and save the record.

This converts a Contract SLA to a Service Offering SLA.


NOTE: It is not possible to convert a Service Offering SLA into a Contract SLA.
