When using dir command to a shared network drive in "Parse Command Output" operation, if the MID server doesn't have access to the shared network drive / is not able to do WMI query to the shared network drive, the command fails with below error, even if the target host of the pattern has access to the network drive, and the "Execution Mode" is Default (Remote):

Failed to retrieve remote data: All command implementations (SHELL_COMMAND) failed on host .... Host might be down or unreachable. ()

Sample Affected component:

> The "Create SAP App Connection" connection section for "SAP ASCS Application" pattern, step 1.4. get all related applications windows.

In any pattern, create a Parse Command Output, run bellow command, make sure MID server doesn't have access to the drive, but the target of the pattern does:
"dir /b " + "\"\\server02\NoAccessforMIDHost\""

Above command fails.

Now change command to:
"dir /b " + "\\server02\NoAccessforMIDHost"
Try again, and it works as it's executed in remote mode

A general workaround is to remove the double quote wrapping from the shared network drive.

For example, if the affected component is:

"Create SAP App Connection" connection section for "SAP ASCS Application" pattern, step 1.4. get all related applications windows.

Apply below workaround:

Open "Create SAP App Connection" connection section for "SAP ASCS Application" pattern,
In step 1.3 add " to profile,
add a Precondition: 1 equals 2 to skip this step.

So previously in 1.4, value of config_directory is: "\\SAPPPSCSCS\sapmnt\...."
Now the value will become: \\SAPPPSCSCS\sapmnt\....
