This error message appears in the system logs when a Catalog item that has a Label and checkbox is loaded in a Service Portal page. The issue occurs with all the catalog items that have Label and Checkboxes in succession.
Steps to Reproduce
In an affected instance
- Access any OOTB London Patch2 instance
- Access Service Portal page
- Open 'Standard Laptop' catalog item in the service portal
- Go to error log from the Application Navigator
- Notice the mentioned error message
- Refresh the 'Standard Laptop' catalog item in the Portal page
- Notice the error message appears again.
This issue has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
