NOW Mobile : Approvals are not appearing for the non-admin users

Cause
The 'approver_user' role is not added to the user.
From Orlando onwards, the users should have the 'approver_user' role in order to see the approvals in the NOW mobile app.
Resolution
Add 'approver_user' role to the approvers and that should help display the approvals list to the users on NOW mobile app.
