Comment provided by a user on an article is stored in article's domain instead of user domain.This does not applies to feedback task
Feedback task is created in the user's domain since it is user-generated content and user needs to have visibility on that. Feedback task is a temporary entity, unlike comment which is a permanent entity. The feedback task can be seen as a historical entity which was created at a certain point of time and was acted upon at a certain point of time.
