Instructions

Starting New York, we have a new field that helps implement this functionality.

Field: Is topic visible
Table: sys_cs_topic
You can set the value of the above field to false to keep the topic public but not show up in the topic picker/Show me Everything option in VA

Note: When utterances are used to trigger the Topics, the topic would trigger since it is active.
