Unable to start MID WebService Event Listener Context

Access MID WebService Event Listener Context

Error message:

-> Could not start MID WebService Event Collectors extension because the MID Web Server extension is not running.

No "Capabilities" for mid server

1) Add 'ALL' capabilities to mid server
2) restart mid server

The world works with ServiceNow.
