Issue Description: Virtual agent - Increase the maximum characters for Virtual agent topic Name attribute

Steps to Reproduce


1. Login to Orlando / Paris OOB Instance
2. Go to Collaboration > Designer
3. Click on Add a topic
4. Add below details
Name: onetwothreefourficesixseveneightnineteneleventwelve (You can notice that name is truncated and it shows only. 40 characters 'onetwothreefourficesixseveneightninetene')
5. Click on 'Save'

Name is a string field with a maximum of 80 character lengths.

Expected behavior: Name should accept more than 40 alphabets.

Actual behavior: We can see that the name is truncated to 40 alphabets.
