In the landing page of agent workspace, if we include a report which was made on a database view, users are then unable to open a record from the report.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a new database view and select the incident table as the view table
2. Now create a list report on the database view. Make sure that the number column is added as the first column in the report
3. Save the report
4. Now add the report to the Agent workspace landing page
5. Ensure that the list is visible
6. Click on the incident number
The incident record should open
The form seems to load endlessly
This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
