Description

For Windows 2016 Servers, discovery is not able to populate the relationships (indicated by "Provided_by" column) between cmdb_ci_file_system and cmdb_ci_disk_partition.
This is caused by Windows Storage shared library pattern is failing to create the relationship in step "Reference and relation between cmdb_ci_file_system to cmdb_ci_disk_partition".
The current logic only works for Windows 2012 Servers.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run discovery on Windows 2016 Servers.
  2. Observe the File Systems related tab have records with empty "Provided_by" column.
  3. Normally they should be filled in with Disk Partition information.
