Description

In service portal, there are many date/time fields displaying in terms of how long ago events occurred (minutes / hours / days / months / years ago), however screen readers fail to read abbreviations correctly causing confusion to users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start VO and use Safari.
2. Navigate to /sp.
3. Open any form (e.g. anything under 'my open incidents').
4. Move through the page using the right arrow (forward) and left arrow (backward) until you reach the contents of the activity stream. Note that the times ago are read exactly as displayed without the meaning of the "m", "h", "d" abbreviations.

Workaround
