"Can edit" and "Can view" options in the dashboard sharing panel are not read out by screen readers.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Dashboards.
2. Open any dashboard.
3. Open the sharing panel by clicking on the sharing icon in the top right corner.
4. If there is already a user, group, or role, then click on the item and navigate using the keyboard to the access controls "Can view" or "Can edit".
5. If there is not yet any user, group, or role, then click on the add icon to add one and then navigate using the keyboard to the access controls "Can view" or "Can edit".
The screen reader does not announce "Can view" and "Can edit" when navigating with keyboard.
