Servicenow virtual agent configured to work with MS team, but end users always receive the following error after selecting a topic in MS team.
Error: I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to MS teams.
- Say HI.
- It provides topics to select from.
- Once you select topic it errors with the message attached.
- All topics give the same error - "Microsoft teams I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation"
This issue is fixed. Please review the Fixed In fields to determine which versions have a planned or permanent fix.
