Issue
When we multi-select the breakdown element on 'SAFe Sprint Dashboard', the below issues are observed.
- The time elapsed goes above 100% and it adds the score of all the selections made
- The burndown chart shows no data
This dashboard comes with a store application (Performance Analytics Content Pack for Essential SAFe)
Resolution
Confirmed with the Dev that this is expected behavior and these widgets are not meant to work with multiple selections.
There is an option to disable multi-select for a dashboard breakdown from Orlando release. (as mentioned here : https://docs.servicenow.com/csh?topicname=disable-mes.html&version=latest )
It should be noted that the sprint burndown chart is appropriate for only one sprint. Hence disabling the multi-select option for these dashboards and allowing only one Sprint to be selected will resolve these issues in NewYork patch 9.
