Issue
Customers may noticed that after adding the OOB Virtual Agent Service Portal widget onto their portal page, the icon is misaligned/not centered.

Cause
This is due to custom css styles overriding the OOB css styles.
Resolution
Check for any custom css styles in the theme used for your Service Portal page and remove any custom css under the CSS Includes related list on the theme (sp_theme) record.
