Description

After Orlando Upgrade, there are skipped errors in the Upgrade Monitor.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade instance to Orlando.

2. View Upgrade Monitor and identify skipped errors.

These skips do not cause issues and can be safely ignored.
