Intermittent issue where particular users are not able to see all related articles on the (kb_home) page.

No Steps to reproduce the issue at the moment
Workaround
If you are on Knowledge v3 then you can use /$knowledge.do as a knowledge homepage. You will not see this error in $knowledge.do knowledge home page.
kb_home page is related to Knowledge V2 plugin. It is recommended to use Knowledge V3 /$knowledge.do instead of kb_home.
