If there is a read ACL with a condition set, a non-admin user will not be able to list edit records within Agent Workspace.
Steps to Reproduce
Activate the plugin com.snc.itsm.roles if it is not already activated
1. As System Administrator, add the condition "active is true" to the following 2 read ACLs:
2. Impersonate ITIL User and open Agent Workspace
3. Navigate to Incidents > Assigned to Me
4. Click on the checkbox on one of the incident record then click on the Edit button and take note of the Edit item popup side panel
Expected behavior: Non admin users should see fields in the Edit item popup side panel to allow them to list edit records
Actual behavior: Non admin users do not see fields in the Edit item popup side panel to preventing them to list edit records
This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
