KB Summary by Now Assist

Description

Multiple errors can be seen daily in the System Logs on a NewYork instance: "Failed to write file [ logo ] to database: no thrown error".

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to System Logs > Errors, and search for "Failed to write file [ logo ] to database: no thrown error".

The errors occur daily on an OOB NewYork instance, once attachment.deleted events have been processed.

Workaround

Since these errors are only "noise" and do not seem to have any functional impact, they can be safely ignored.

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions regarding this problem, contact ServiceNow Technical Support.
