Breakdown element with no label or name is auto selected when the page is reloaded

Breakdown element with no label name is auto selected on reloading a dashboard, refreshing the browser page, or switching between dashboards.

1. Create an element with no values (Eg: Navigate to Groups (sys_user_group_list) breakdown source and create a record without any values).
2. Add the above breakdown source (Eg: Groups) to the dashboard.
3. Select an element (eg: Any element which has the label name) and Click on "Apply" button.
4. Reload the page or switch between the dashboards. Observe the breakdown elements selected for the breakdown dashboard, the element with no label name is auto selected on reload.

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience.

As a workaround, as anyway it does not make sense to show breakdown elements that do not have a label, make sure to fix the data adding a label to all elements.
