Clicking on a pdf file in Agent Workspace displays Preview not available
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Agent Workspace Home
3. Incidents > All
4. Select INC0000601
5. Click paperclip on the right for the Attachments pane
6. Click Browse and add a pdf file
7. Once the box is shown in the Attachments pane, click the box to view the pdf and you will see "Preview not available..."
This is expected behavior and by design in all currently supported releases.
