[Agent workspace]: Filter condition is garbled when Japanese is selected as language

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Japanese plugin
  2. Login to instance and switch the language to Japanese
  3. Go to Agent workspace Home
  4. Click List tab
    5. Go to インシデント > オープン
    6. Click Filter icon
    7. Condition is garbled. (refer to screenshot)
