Description

Users are getting "You have successfully logged out" in the Now Mobile app right after logging in. 

 

Release or Environment

Single Sign-On is configured.

Cause

Users are locked out in ServiceNow. 

Resolution

  1. Edit the user record in the sys_user table. Go to System Security >> Users.  
  2. Ensure the user is not locked out and is active. 
  3. (Optional) Review why the user was locked out.
