Instructions

1. In your Blackberry UEM portal navigate to Apps on the left hand menu:

2. Select the "Add an App button":

3. Select "Internal BlackBerry Dynamics app entitlements"

4. The "Name" & "BlackBerry Dynamics entitlement ID" fields will be your bundle ID name with "com.servicenow.b2b" appended.

For example the bundle ID of the below App is "bbnowagentdev.fulfiller"

The entire BlackBerry bundle ID will be: com.servicenow.b2b.bbnowagentdev.fulfiller

The "BlackBerry Dynamics entitlement version" number can be found by looking up the ServiceNow application in the store. (Screenshot below)

5. Navigate to "users" on the left hand menu and assign the App to a user:

6. Once complete generate a "BlackBerry Dynamics access keys" for this user and provide the username and access key information back to Servicenow to continue the Mobile Publishing BlackBerry process.
