Description

When going to the following dictionary override, https://<your instance>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_dictionary_override.do?sys_id=ceff79828750730068ce0cf888cb0bb7, it is noticed that the reference qualifier seems to have a spelling error which is causing the reference qualifier not to function correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

NOTE: This dictionary override comes from : ITSM Roles - Request Management (do not activate, see plugin description). com.snc.itsm.roles.request_management

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Hop into an instance
2. go to https://.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_dictionary_override.do?sys_id=ceff79828750730068ce0cf888cb0bb7

Notice the reference qualifier has the following "roles=it'll^ORroles=sn_request_write"

Workaround

If you require the use of this dictionary override you can change the reference qualifier:

  1. Go to https://<your instance>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_dictionary_override.do?sys_id=ceff79828750730068ce0cf888cb0bb7
  2. Change the reference qualifier value from
    roles=it'll^ORroles=sn_request_write
    To
    roles=itil^ORroles=sn_request_write
  3. Save changes
