In the global domain, MID Server writes both input and output records in ECC Queue, whereas in domain separated environment, it writes only output record and no input record in ECC Queue.
By default, the property 'glide.ecc.enable_multidomain_mid' value was set to 'false' in system properties which leads the MID Server writes all the data it receives to the global domain and not to the correct domains and that cause this issue.
Steps to resolve the issue:
- In application navigator, navigate to sys_properties.list and press Enter.
- Locate the property named 'glide.ecc.enable_multidomain_mid'.
- Set the value of the property to 'true'.
