Cause
The updates to the script include 'CrisisTaskUtil' from the new version were skipped as it was customized
Resolution
The new version of the app had a couple of new functions added to the script include 'CrisisTaskUtil' and since it was customized, the update was skipped.
The widget in the dashboard was trying to call new functions and since it couldn't find those in the script include 'CrisisTaskUtil', the errors are thrown.
To resolve the issue, please revert the script include to OOB version and then apply the customizations, if any, on top of it.
