In the Service Portal Designer, the HTML widget does not contain the HTML editor after upgrading to Orlando.
Steps to Reproduce
1.Create a Service Portal page.
2.Edit the page and select "Open in Designer."
3.Add an HTML widget to the page.
4.Select the newly added HTML widget and click the edit/pencil icon.
Notice that it does not contain the HTML editor. This can be reproduced using any Browser.
This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
If you are unable to upgrade, below a possible workaround:
1.Edit the page
2.Click on "try it"
3.On the HTML widget, get the Instance Option menu (Ctrl + right click)
4.Click on Instance Option.
The HTML editor will be displayed here.
