Instructions

Navigate to sys_properties.list and search for the below properties:

  • com.glide.cs.no_topic_sorry_message
  • com.glide.cs.no_topic_found_message
  • com.glide.cs.general.top_selection_message

Modify the values in these properties to reflect on the virtual agent.
