Issue

• On ordering a catalog item (after clicking order now), the confirmation page is blank on ITIL View.

Release

• New York Patch 4 Hot Fix 2

Cause

• In sc_layout table the layouts
  1. Cart Preview Screen (Two Step)
  2. Order Status Screen
  were made active=false, hence the macros were not loaded and the screen was blank.
  
  

Resolution

• Revert the Order Status Screen to true.
