Print Friendly Version feature does not work for reports

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Reports>View/Run
  2. Open one of the reports
  3. Click on Settings icon
  4. Select Printer friendly version

"Loading report ..." message is shown but the page never loads

Workaround

This issue is fixed, please review the Fixed In section to determine the latest available patch your instance can be upgraded to.

As a workaround to get the printer friendly version: 

  1. Click to Sharing icon()
  2. Select Export to PDF
  3. Configure your print and delivery options.
  4. Click Export.

As an alternatively workaround export the report using the browser functionality:

  1. Publish report to get the copy link.
  2. Open the link in browser.
  3. Click to print.
  4. Save as PDF.
